Today’s Gift Idea: Science-themed Face Masks
Face masks have become a necessity and a norm in 2020. Just because you have to wear a mask, doesn’t mean you can’t express yourself. Here’s the perfect gift for the socially distanced, science enthusiast in your life. The folks over at Maribel’s Masks have created a line of beautiful, comfortable, and safe science-themed face masks. They’ve even created a face mask based on Theodore Gray’s world-famous book and periodic table poster The Elements! These cup-style masks are available in both adult and child sizes. They combine a science-themed cotton outer shell with a lining made of either cotton or pure mulberry silk charmeuse. There are four lining choices available for any outer fabric you pick. The site gives you a Breathing Resistance Rating so you can compare the breathability of your selected fabric and liner combination. They even make masks with a straw hole for socially distance beverage consumption (includes a stainless steel reusable straw).
